Where can I begin! My fiancé met Ben years ago at a company he was working at and at the time he didn’t believe in keto, he thought it was just a fad. Fast forward to last year when I had some not so good news from my doctor about my heart Ben was the first person he called. Ben put myself and my fiancé on the Keto flex lifestyle, and by the time quarantine was over and after having an Echocardiogram, MRI, blood work and a TEE done, doctors were astounded that my heart had recovered. Ben is the best and the most knowledgeable person we know in this field! He is a guru! Keto-flex is amazing because you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself of anything, and you will feel more energized and fit!
